We lead the Disentis Abbey School in a goal-oriented way using the balanced scorecard (BSC) participatory management tool. We were praised for this as part of quality certification as a Switzerland-wide benchmark: “The networking and management of school and quality development by means of a balanced scorecard (BSC) is a model example in the Swiss educational landscape,” writes the certification authority SGS in their report.
